Away from BYC, does anyone else have a list like this?

Since the daytime temps here are in the single digits, and the nighttime temps are below zero, I had to come up with something to keep me busy. So this is what I came up with:

Too cold to do anything else list:
1. laundry

2. give haircuts

3. sew up holes in DH's jean pockets

4. give Sparky a bath

5. clean out/sort the pantry

6. sort/liquidate my DS's toy boxes

It's really helped me to keep my sanity while being confined indoors this week.

If anyone has any other things to add to this list, please do so...it may remind the rest of us that we need to do it too!

Well, I think that if spending time on BYC is #1, then there is no need to go any farther.

At least, it works for me.

And, please, whoever he is, pleeeez don't throw Sparky outside to dry after his bath...

Yesterday morning we discovered that Sparky's a boy. But regardless, he will be staying in the house until spring. We just love him too much to put him outside. We've got a special enclosure for him, so he's not loose in my house.

grocery shop & take a break from kids

pick up 2 kids from preschool

call insurance company

drink lots of coffee & post

attempt to keep all 3 kids from beating up on eachother
