Those chickies are cute, Purple Chicken! Since Jesus was born in a stable, I'm sure there were chickens running around!

My Mom and I have got to the point where we celebrate Christmas as a fun winter holiday, not as Christ's birth. We can't find a command in the Bible to celebrate it, and many of the Christmas Traditions today can't be traced to the Bible. However, we don't have any problems with those who do celebrate it for religious reasons. I love Christmas time-it's an escape from the hum-drum of life for awhile-and a chance to decorate the house with pretty things!
