ayam cemani 2 months old some gold feather tips

my ayam cemani hatched pure black its now 2 months old everything is all black including the tongue but now is getting some white streaks its like single hairs around neck, also some rust or gold feather blotches developing anyone seen this before? is this just the old feather s dying making way for new ones?
