That’s gorgeous to me. Scary lookin but gorgeous. Why do people like that breed? Just for looks?

This is my AC cockerel when he was 6 months. His only color fault is that his wattles and comb are a bit mulberry when it's breeding time. I would say that your boy is either a cross-breed, or is from cull breeding. There is a "breeder" out of florida? that sells white "Ayam Cemani's"

I personally wouldn’t breed them with that leakage. They aren’t to the breed standard. But he’s still a beautiful bird. Your hens won’t show it but they will carry the gene. You’re best bet is to add a good bloodline in and try again, the gene won’t be bred out unfortunately because they don’t carry melanizers needed to achieve the standard. Picture reference of my roo beetlejuice and one of my hens ducky in my breeding flock.

That can’t be a purebred. He has a green sheen to his feathers I’m not sure but I don’t think Ayam Cemani have that green sheen.
