The Ayam cemani chicken/Rooster, the all black bird from Indonesia. It's meant to be expensive around $2500 and rare bird with black eggs ect.. any of you have any of these? Iv heard these a difference though between the original ones and the ones most folks have? Also there a chicken/Rooster like this but all white, or any other colour?

They don’t lay black eggs, just cream. They are super sweet and I definitely recommend them.

Ayam Cemani are suppose to be all black. Inside and out. And do not come in white or any other color although some may hatch out with a spot of non pigment that shows as a white toe or a few white feathers. Some also end up having a undertone color like mulberry come out as bird reaches maturity. Good breeders do not breed anything but solid black birds with no white anywhere and no mulberry tones. They keep improving their flocks looking for even black tongues to hold back for breeding birds. I sell BLACK chicks only and ones with noticeable white are given away or sold at a huge discount as pets. You should expect 30 to 60% not being solid black if you hatch out eggs from a reputable breeder.
I have chicks available and hatching eggs as well. Day old chicks are $75 each from our farm. Eggs are $100 for every 6 eggs. Price subject to change with time...
Thnx Jordan Family

I was just looking at your website, lol! Unfortunately just dreaming, but I definitely want to get some AC in the future. Bookmarked your page for now, looks like you have very nice birds!

Where is your farm located?
Just wondering for future as I might want more chicks

you found or know them to be cold hardy?
I had a pair last year (smooth male and frizzled female, CiaBia has those too). My Frizzle didn't survive the cold snap we had when she accidentally got stuck outside the unheated barn in -20, but did amazing until then. The Smooth broke his neck somehow, but was the only bird that didn't get frostbite
