Azalea poisonous for chickens?

I am adding a new flower bed in front of the chicken run. Are azaleas poisonous or harmful to my girls??

I could be way off base here - but I let my chickens free range. They are on their own when it comes to deciding what to eat and what not to eat. I don't worry about that when I plant. I just hope it survives the "little dinosaurs" as my family calls them.

I have azaleas and my chickens pay no attention to them. I have holly bushes and they dust bathe in the mulch around the roots. Now talk garden produce and it's a different story. They wipe out anything in the cabbage family: cabbage, kale, brussels sprouts.
