I tend to name my work in one of 2 ways. If it's a space painting, I'll try and come up with something that seems like it might be a legit name the space community would give a planetary system. For the abstract stuff, I try and come up with something fitting to the piece that's still got a bit of a geeky bent to it. I very rarely name photographs. I want those to be a moment captured in time and leave the interpretation open to the viewer.

When I shot this, it was pitch black out. I could see the lights on the boat out on the water and that was it. All of the lighting in this image is coming from the lightning. In hindsight, I should not have been out there that night, that storm was right on top of me and super dangerous.

That'll be fine. Couple paper towels and let the mats dry, no problems!
