@Eggcessive could I ask a question? My 3.5 year old blue australorp, ophelia. Has infectious bronchitis, probably marecks because 2 of my pullets passed 5 months and 1 month before ophelia became very sick. Last October when she molted her balance was off, now this October same, but she's not molting. It's only been 2 days since she has been given 1/4 tab of b complex and 400iu of vitamin e. She has a respiratory infection, tomorrow is last dose of baytril. That is getting better, but balance is not.
My question is can I give her a half tab of b complex for a week or so to help jump start, what I think is a vitamin deficiency? If I'm wrong, it's marecks and I don't want to focus on that.
I love her dearly. I appreciate your advice.

You can give 1/2tablet B-Complex for a week if you wish, any excess will be excreted in the urine.

Glad that Wyorp Rock answered your question. I haven’t been on as much this week. Have you seen any other chickens sneezing besides Ophelia? Have you seen any bubbles or foam in one eye or swelling of an eyelid or the face? I certainly hope that her problems are not related to Mareks. Hopefully the vitamins will give her a boost. If you should lose another chicken, California has one of the best prices and opportunities for getting a necropsy and diagnosis, with their 4 lab locations.

Yes, josie her sister sneezes. No swelling. Her other sister does have bubbles at times of stress. Infectious bronchitis and marecks are in my flock , I would guess mycoplasma galliseptum is also present.

I have had the unfortunate opportunity three times to go to ucdavis for necropsy.

Marecks is the last outcome I want to see

there is a new symptom that started a couple days ago she is now sitting on her hocks. could this be enterococcosis? thats amoxcillin correct for the treatment? she is getting sub q fluids tomorrow.
With you having Marek's within your flock, the sitting may be due to that, it would be hard to know.
Enterococcosis is not something that comes to mind, but I suppose it's a possibility since its usually secondary after another disease. More info below.
