Third Egg just Hatched! (Lily)

Hi all. Today is day 23. Five out of our 16 eggs have hatched and doing well. One of them has some type of issue with feet not opening completely. first question....does anyone know why his feet arent opening completely? Next question....we candled remaining eggs. 5 are definately bad. we discarded them. the others show something in there and out of these, two show movement inside while one is actually chirping but he hasnt pipped the egg yet. Should we pip the egg for him???????

I don't know about the feet, but I know he does need to do the pipping him/her self. They can live a few days on the yolk sac so it'll be alright. (BTW I just set 7 eggs, 17 tomorrow morning, and 12 this weekend!)
