...Finally I'm Happy with way Conveyor Runs! I ripped apart an old VCR and Cut DC motor & Cam Cogs out, then found a cheap plastic wheel from Hardware shop to Drive shaft with rubber pulley. I'm still waiting for a DC Relay Switch to Adjust Motor timing etc... But as it is the main shaft Turns about 1 full turn every 30 secs which in turn drives some small O'rings which are looped onto Main ROLLERS... The main shaft has bearings at each end, but Rollers are just forced around middle pin. The overall size is 11 X 9 inches and holds 4-5 doz quail eggs (it can also easily turn Chicken Eggs too!) ... very miniature & compact. Frame is S/S but unfortunately as you can see...I can't weld to save my life.. haha.. Anyway hope it all works most probably this weekend, I'll keep posting. ...And any comments or suggestions are most welcome... p.s. yeah it took me a while to build, But? I enjoyed making it.. cheers everybody
