I do feel that I should tell you about my experience with a heating pad. I had a duck egg that I just wanted to try it out on. I put it in the heating pad that I had dampened, it was one of the ones you can use wet or dry. I turned it and kept it good and humid and well, after 4 days I went and candled my egg. I had hard boiled my duck egg. And this was on the low setting. Just be very careful. i know it works for some people but I decided right then and there I was going to just go get me an incubator. The Hovabator 1588 . COOL BATOR!!!
