You'll like the Black Sex Link hen. They are egg laying machines. That's why I have seven of them in my flock. I have the same number of Black Australorps, and love both them both.

X 2 on liking the BSL and them being egg machines -- don't have any at the moment but only because the day I picked up our chicks they were all sold out, they were the top of my list of chicks to get in the mix of my flock, guess I'll just have to get them next year, lol
