Hi everyone!
I am a new chicken Mommy. We bought our chicks (2 Buff Orpington's and 2 Black Australorp's) at the feed store on Easter Sunday and were told they were probably a week old, and that they were 95% guaranteed to be hens.

So now I have 13/14 week old chickens, and there is one Australorp that is giving me a yucky suspicious feeling. My 3 kids eached "picked" a chicken to name, and go figure......my youngest, the most sensitive of my children may have a roo on her hands. We aren't allowed to have Roo's. I've read every article I can get my hands on to guess at his/her sex.

Would some of you professional chicken moms and dads help me figure out what it is? I will post as many photos as I can get of him today. It's extremely windy here so it's a bit difficult to get a photo where his feathers aren't all ruffled up. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
Thanks alot!!!

Peachy (yeah, she really named it that) is on the steps. That's Blackberry in the left corner.

He/She is the one on the right in this photo. Blackberry is on the left and Rhubarb and Pecky are in the background.

A blurry face...sorry about that.
