Babies are coming!!

My chicks are suppose to ship on the 29th.....I am getting really excited and nervous...Hubby and son got the roof on the corn crib/run and he says the coop will be done start to finish this weekend...I have the brooder cage ready and when I was washing it I got to thinking that I think it is going to be to small very quick!!!! It is a large rabbit/guinea pig cage but I think that 10 chicks will outgrow it pretty fast....

our 3 chicks outgrew the first brooder at 2 weeks. they look like they are getting big for brooder 2.
i will have to put my thinking cap on...

good for you on raising your lil chickies esther5 I beat they are growing fast

I hope your chickies arrive safe and sound jodiea60 how warm is it where you are, could you maybe built a lil brooder outside

The coop will be insulated....with electricity....so They should be able to go out to the coop
