They began hatching at 2:15 a.m. - How long can they stay in the brooder? How long should I wait for the rest of them to hatch?

Do you mean "how long can they stay in the incubator?" They should stay in there until they are all dry. Basically, you don't open the bator until all are hatched and dry- opening the bator during a hatch is a bad thing. If your hatch takes more than, say, about 2 days, then you can very quickly open the bator and take out the dry ones.

Any eggs that haven't hatched by about day 24 should be discarded.

Hope this helps
