babies have wings hanging down a bit - feathers separated. what to do?

this is with turkey poults, but I was thinking more folks might view this and have experience with the problem, as I think it also happens with chicks. Will they "grow out" of it?

they are five days old.

Are the wings like that all the time or just some of the time? My chicks do that when they are sleeping or when they are hot.
