So have you only been getting one egg a day? what color is it? I think pyxis is right. The most likely culprit is the silkie. The others are no where near mature enough to be laying.

ETA: I just saw that someone else already asked about egg color. Cream colored eggs are normal for Silkies. My guess is that she is 18 to 20 weeks old, and that the seller got the age wrong.

The earliest I've ever had a pullet lay was 16 weeks. Another chicken is laying the egg or you have a practical joker that has access to your coop.

I know who is laying the eggs. Ridgerunner is correct. My dear husband has been laying them and thinks it is funny that I look like an idiot now. Sooooo not happy with him.

Anything is possible. I got them all from the same person who had them labeled as 3 day old. He also had 18 day and 4 week olds. Like I said I am new so he could have lied.
