I have silvers, blue splashes, a lavender, fawn & white, and 2 dark slate colored ones. I really want some chocolates, some whites, heck! I'm not picky! I honestly just love the breed. I had pekins last spring and I honestly preffer the runners 100x's over

I have 2 blue splash runner ducklings about 7 weeks old, so they are just feathering out and it is so funny to see them run around the barnyard with the little wing stubs. Look like T-Rexes haha!

I hav Pekins and Runners. I love my Pekins, they are laid back, lay good and are not all that noisy and dont make a mess. My Runners are noisy, messy and none stop. I love both breeds as I find them to be so different in personality but love the fact that th Runners come in all different colours.

Really? Thats so funny. The pekins I had made a horrible mess! The runners I have now I can set out the baby pools and dont have to change the water for a few days! The pekins would have that pool messy and muddy within 40 minutes!

I clean out water EVERY DAY!!!!!! The Runners leave 2 inches of mud in the water buckets and a good Inch in the pool. They are nasty, nasty, nasty and I do tell them that every day. They just laugh at me and do it all over again!!!
