Checked tonight at day 26 and seen these cracks immeadiatwly went to lock down. Any estimate on time cause I’m supposed to work tomorrow should I stay home

They can take a long time after the first pip (sometimes 24+ hours).

I would make sure temperature and humidity are right in the morning, and then go to work as usual.

If you want to watch the actual hatch, you are more likely to see some hatching tomorrow evening or the next day.

It recommends waiting at least 24 hours after the first pip before you do anything, in the vast majority of cases-- which would probably be after work anyway.
