Baby bird fell out of tree- it keeps crawling into the coop.

So this morning, a baby bird fell out of the tree. It appears to have a hurt leg, but keeps hopping into our chicken coop. We are afraid it might have mites or anything that can hurt our chickens. What kind of bird is it? A dove? What should we do with it? We are thinking abou

t dropping It off at a local park nearby.
