Baby bottom problem

What can I do for this guy? I've wrapped him in a wet paper towel burrito and put him back in the incubator but nothing has changed in hours. He is crying constantly

I should add, he keeps escaping his <burrito< and running all over the place dragging that around

I ve put him in a little tupperware with a warm wet papertowel on the bottom of it so he stops running.

The kindest thing to do would be to put him down, I think. They can't live very long with their insides exposed.
