Baby button quail help!

few week old button quail. It’s like was injured during its first week of life and I’m not sure if this is recent or if it’s always been like this since It first got injured but it’s knee joint is on backwards and it’s leg is facing the wrong way I’ve always known that the leg was facing the wrong way but the knee joint seems to be causing it pain and it’s having a hard time breathing. I’ve been helping it eat and drink and I’ve been cleaning it and defending it from the other chicks ever since I first discovered it’s injury but it seems like it’s not OK right now.

From the knee down faces the wrong direction. It won’t eat anything today and is tired and in pain it seems but quiet.

Also it’s always been smaller and not growing fast as others. Possibly because of its struggles functioning and Gaining strength

Breathing is inconsistent and really forced and heavy occasionally
