Baby Cardinal at My Window (Pics)

How cute! I have a young female on her own in my backyard, she's real cute too. I've seen two batches from cardinals in a season. I think the dark red shows up later next year for the young males.

But you can always tell the females, they sorta stay buff coloured longer, and are very light their first few months. Nice pics!

It's been pouring all day today (again) and the cardinals are screaming out there. I hope nobody ate this little guy!

There's a dark grey bird with a long tail just alittle larger than the cardinal that seems to be harrassing the little one!

I wonder what kind it is.

I have barn and tree swallows that nest all over over here.
I was getting divebombed by tree swallows while I was out doing chores.

I love wildlife.
