baby chic is missing !!!

i have a broody with 5 babies which she hatched & i would go out & pick her up & no babies but then i would see little feet hanging down under her they were all up in her feathers & under her wings.

I have an american game hen with two chicks that are 12 weeks old and she STILL tucks them under her wings. Now that is a site to see!!!!

that's like my broody, she will be sitting on the nest after her eggs have hatched and i get all excited to see the new arrivals and i pick her up and they've vanished!

a few seconds later the chicks fall out from under her wings and back into the nest
