Baby chick and screaming rooster

Just yesterday our hen hatched a little chick, and every time our rooster sees it he goes into not a cackling episode and won't stop. He is usually very good around babies, and it's worrisome. Please help

I might also add that the only other time he showed this behavior was when he shrieked and had a seizure caused by a sinus infection we treated 2 years ago. Other then that he never did this with the previous chick's last year
