If it turns into cross beal, you'll definitely notice. Sometimes it happens really fast. One moment they're normal and the next it's growing sideways. I deal with pullets a lot at work anf we get one or two out of each batch

She's pointing to the one in front of the other one, with it's eyes closed. His/Her beak is elongated, with less of a constant slope than the other one.

Maybe take a look inside at the roof of it's mouth...both of them for comparison.
Tho if it's eating and drinking ok, and continues to do so....just continue to observe.
Not much you could do about it anyway, other than cull.
