Baby chick born in incubator when to put back with mum

My hen has successfully hatched 6 out of 9 egss, then lost interest with the last 3, so I put them in the incubator to see if they hatch….. which they have….. when can I put them back with her??

Also when can the chicks use the ramp???

Most say sneak them under her at night
