Baby Chick Broke But Not Helping Help

It's been 12 hours since it broke the shell and since then it's made no progress. What should I do.

Leave it be. It can take 24 hours for a chick to fully hatch after pipping. What is your temp and humidity at? What day is it?

I read it's only supposed to take about 1 to 3 hours after breaking the shell... it broke the shell over 15 hours ago and hasn't made any progress since then

I'd still wait. It's hard to on those slow ones, I know. It's best to let it do its own thing.

It takes around 24 hours for them to go from pip to zip. The zipping stage usually takes 2-3 hours at most. Can you post a picture?
