Baby chick controlling?

So there's this one big chick that likes to poke the other babies and I poke it's head gently to tell him it's bad. Anything else I can do? I think they pluck each other's feathers or they do it themselves. I'm trying to get them to stop.

You might look at your setup first. Chicks will sometimes fight if too crowded, or even out of boredom. As mine get older they get more space and more things to do, roosting branches, huddle box, treats to peck at during the day. A little stimulus goes a long way, if they are distracted they won't pay much attention to each other. Other than that its just a matter of pecking order and dominance. Totally normal.
