Baby Chick Curled Feathers, help

Hey, my baby has curled wing feathers and I fear that it’s going to affect her in the long run. Is there anything I can do for her? I know she’s not a frizzle or if she is it’s backwards. Here’s a picture of her

That’s what I was thinking but upon further investigation it looks like it may be twisting her wings and she’s the only one that doesn’t have fully feathered wings and the are the same size
