Baby chick eye

Hey guys my baby chick who is 3 days old keeps one of his eyes closed. It looks to be oozing. Can I use human eye drops on him? I don't have a bird vet anywhere around. Please help

You can try flushing it with some saline and look to see if it has anything in they eye like dirt/debris.

Then apply some Vetericyn eye gel or Terramycin eye ointment in the eye.
