Baby chick fleas?!

I had 2 chicks hatch out today (more on the way) and I was looking them over and one has all these flea looking bugs on it!!! What do I do?!

Are they hen hatched, it could be lice or mites, a dusting with poultry dust should take care of it, just a bit, not too much.

DE is good if it is lice, but pics would be beneficial in diagnosing.
