Baby chick Green poop

I had a Silkie chick hatch out this morning. She has a cross over beak and doesn't have a right eye. I noticed a few minutes ago she had green poo. she hasn't been out of the incubator yet so she hasn't had anything to eat...What can this be??

It is common (and perfectly normal) for young chicks to have greenish/blackish droppings right after hatching, while they are still clearing the yolk sac out of their systems. More concerning with your chick is her lack of an eye and cross bill--if she survives, she will probably have to be a special-needs chicken.
