Baby chick ?, hard to explain but i will try

I hatched a buff orpington chick two days ago, and since the first sec it hatched to now, it does the wierd head thing. like looks in circles with its head, but doesnt move the body. i know something is wrong, but not sure what it is. it can walk fine and sometimes doesnt show any symptoms, but then it will do this weird head movement in circles and sometimes fall over on its back and cant roll over. Its like it has no muscles in its neck. Ne ideas? Probably going to pass away but im hoping for the best. I guess it would be cool to have a retarded chick in the coop. HAHA

 

[Break an Egg]

I have a silkie hen that was doing this, probably from being pecked in the head. Give the chick some chopped boiled egg, what I did was squirt some vit E into it's mouth and in a week it was better.
