Baby chick has watery eye

I'm thinking this is the equivalent of conjunctivitis? Any ideas for a home remedy or will/can it clear up on its own, with the administration of medicated chick starter, which my babies are getting now?

Anyone experience this before? What did you do?

I have him segregated. He's still pretty active, not lethargic.
