Can newborn chicks get coccidiosis? How do I treat them

I just hatched about 15 new chicks in my incubator, and they are mostly about 2ish days old now (some hatched in the last 24 hours as well and some are still hatching currently). I noticed that they are very sleepy which I assumed to be normal because they are brand new, but then I began noticing bubbly and foamy droppings. They drift off to sleep standing up, while eating, and just randomly, but aren't extremely lethargic or sickly looking. They have clean fresh water as well as electrolyte water, and medicated starter grow feed. I clean their temporary enclosure twice a day (they are not on bedding yet just absorbant pads for the time being) and I have no idea if chicks this young can even get coccidiosis or how that would even happen to these guys. I can attach a pic of the droppings but they are mostly green, watery and foamy and do not look very healthy to me. Can anyone offer advice?

No, 2 day old chicks should not be presenting with Coccidiosis. General incubation is 4-7 days depending on strain.

Photos of your brooder setup, the poop, the chicks may be helpful.

Also what is the Temperature on the warm side and the cool side of your brooder.

Just hatched chicks often have greenish tinted droppings for a day or two.
They can also be slightly sleepy but should have periods of energy where they run around eating/drinking, then fall asleep.
