baby chick hatches early what do I do?????????????

My eggs in the incabator were not suppose to hatch till monday, but one just hatched! It is day 19 and a baby chick just hatched. It is in the bator drying off but do I leave it in there till the others hatch or what? It is going to be a few days before the others hatch like I said its only day 19.( Im so excited)

Keep him (roos hatch early

) in there for at least 20-24 hours hopefully there will be others and you can scoop them out and put them in the brooder..
