Baby chick help

We got some chicks 2 weeks ago and then some like 1 week ago so some are bigger than others but one of my baby chicks is making a clicking sound when I was holding her and I looked it up and it said it was a respiratory infection. So does anyone know any treatment or where to get it because she is one of my favorite kinds and I only have two. She is a polish. Please help me out! Thank you. Any help would work!

Where did you buy each set of chicks from?

Does the chick only do this when you are holding her? If so it's probably stress related.

No we have had chickens before we have 4 big ones now we started with 7 but they are 4 years old and yes I will upload a vid.

Does the chick only do this when you are holding her? If so it's probably stress related.

I can’t tell because we have other chicks making noise in the cage too so it’s hard to hear.
