baby chick in need of help!

I'm taking care of a chick tonight. Long story short, I really don't know the circumstances of this chick's hatching or anything (I'm not even sure how old it, but probably not over 2 days). I'm not sure what injury it has, but it's neck is floppy and it can't support its head, it cannot stand (though it tries to, and it can move its legs and stuff), and both of its eyes are sealed shut. As stated, it's clear that it can move and it will struggle around to try to get on its feet, but it can't stand even if I put it upright and let go. It has not stopped chirping in the time that it has been at my house, and it reacts to outside stimuli like heat and touch. My question is, how do I get it to eat and drink? Is there any way to 'heal' it, to any extent? What kind of food/vitamins should I give it?

Well you could get a syringe and some food and water and mash it all up and syringe feed it to him and do the same with the water I would try corid probiotics antibiotics or vit mineral supplement just choose one to try first but I would recommend the antibiotics and the vit mineral supplement

Get some SaveAChick or other brand of vitamins and electrolytes, and start dipping the chick's beak into a small cup of it. Can you pry the eyes open gently with your thumb and forefinger? Do you have it under a heat lamp in a brooder? It needs at least 90-95 degrees F with a thermometer on the floor, and a place slightly cooler to escape to. It also needs chick starter crumbles which most feed stores sell. Vitamin deficiencies and incubation problems can cause weak chicks that make have problems walking. Have you dipped its beak into water?

I'm not sure how to make a chick that little eat.
Do you have a small syringe/dropper that you can use for water?

For food, add water to the crumbles and get it really moist.

I don't know what else you have in the house, baby food? Yogurt?

Unfortunately, I don't see a good outcome when chicks are this old.

Make sure it's is warm enough.

I think you have a very sick chick on your hands. You can try giving scrambled egg or poly visor infant vitamins without iron. Maybe you can bath the eyes with warm water and cotton wool. Maybe you can get them unstuck. If the chick can see it may improve. Good luck.

Its legs are not spread, I think it just does not understand how to stand? I will try to get its eyes open, hopefully that will encourage it. I did get it to drink a bit by dipping its beak, I'm just afraid it will drown. I guess we will have to wait and see what happens... Thank you for the advice!
