Ok yes.. that's it that will keep it from rolling on its back, until I can get to store I was going to remove it and give it some sugar water vitamin water and put him with me, keep him warm and in a cup with paper towel to help him stay upright

No it probably won't keep it from rolling on its back. It's just the best chance for keeping it alive but I'm not so sure it will anyways. I haven't read all of your other posts about your incubation but the one I did read makes it seem there are more than just one simple issue at hand.
