Baby chick lathargic

Have 2 babies born 4 days ago was letting hen raise them. I noticed the Rooster standing on one of the babies yesterday so I pulled them both. Lost the one yesterday evening. Not the second one is lethargic and having issues with balance. I have it in a cage with heat lamp with food and water but doesn't seem interested. Any suggestions?

I dont think theres really you could do but hope they can eat and drink water. keep them seperated from other rooster and hens
