Baby chick losing their puff

On their neck side. And their butt. Also their head. What's going on!! It's a polish chick! Please help!

Chick's go through molts while growing in their adult feathers. They look a bit ugly, but it is normal.

Chick's begin as cute little puff balls. But they must grow into their adult feathers. It is much like a child loosing their milk teeth. Chick's loose their puff and slowly grow adult feathers.
