I have a baby chick that is 2 days old. It likes to fall over to it side and not stand or sit up straight. Thoughts?

You posted some pictures of 8 chicks that hatched lately. Which of these chicks is the one?
Nutrient deficit of some sort would be my guess..I have a baby chick that is 2 days old. It likes to fall over to it side and not stand or sit up straight. Thoughts?
Tractor supply carries Nutri Drench, but I'm sure most farm stores have it. Without it, I don't think one of my chicks would have lived this year. It can be mixed with water, but we dropper fed ours, to make sure she was getting enough. Just make sure to squirt it a little at a time, and on the side of her mouth, so she doesn't aspirate on it.it will try and peck at food but that's it. I do little drops of water from a syringe so it can get some water and not be dehydrated. I will sure crush up the food and see if that will help. I might add some water to it so it can get some liquids. Where can I get the poultry nutria drench or poultry cell supplement at? Any farm/tractor supply store?
