Baby chick out of nesting box

It's back out.
How old must it be? I was thinking 3 weeks but maybe older?

Looks about a few days shy from 4 weeks, just leave it out, on the bottom, the parents will feed it when it is hungry and it can practice flying around
I put it back. But if it comes back out I'll leave it. Obviously curious little fella. 🥰 just worried might be cold for it.

i would make sure the parents arent kicking it out chicks that age never come out on their own they are usually forced out because the hen wants to start another clutch if it falls out again take the female out and leave the male to wean them

I've been told this already, and I thought it maybe wasnt the case with ours because the hole is quite low so easy for chick to jump out. But now i dont know. I feel sorry for the chick. Mum is forever in the nest. If baby comes out again I might just leave it out. See what happens. Like you say dad will take over.

Also can anyone tell me one here please, can albino chicks see well? I'm reading conflicting things online, some say that they see well some say not. Maybe that's an explanation as to why it keeps falling out if it cant see well?
Thoughts amigos? X
