So I noticed my baby chicks beaks kinda look like they are rotting and I don’t know whythey eat and drink but idk what’s wrong please help

What the heck? I didn't even know that could happen. Poor little things. :(

Do they live outside with a momma hen, or why do you not know what they eat/drink? Do you not provide them with any food at all?

How long has this been going on? Does it smell bad? Do the beaks feel dry or slimy?

Can you post pics of your brooder setup?

How old are these chicks? Is it happening to all of them?

Those chicks' beaks have been caught in something and they struggled to get out of it or it crushed them. No idea what may have caused it, but my guess is something in your brooder set up.

How old are these babes? Where did they come from? And what are you feeding including treats and supplements?

Here is one article that indicates it *could* be a gram positive bacterial infection...
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1014307

The way they are happily hanging around the keet indicates it is not caused by that. Do they have a heat source?

Adding your general location to your profile can help others make the most relevant suggestions possible at a glance. ;)

My second guess if it isn't injury as indicated by another poster, or bacterial like the link provided (or maybe fungal)... would be nutritional deficit... but answering the questions will help to rule in or out possibilities. :fl

ETA: vet visit recommended if possible.

I have never seen anything like this. Looks bad because if it gets worse they won't be able to eat. Do their beaks have a bad smell? If it were me, and vet care is not an option, I would treat with topical antibiotics and antifungals just to be sure and do a thorough deep clean of their brooder and all the feeders etc.

Since it seems to be starting on the outside of the beak which I believe is made of similar stuff to human nails rather than flesh, I am inclined to guess fungal infection is more likely? Is there a possibility of mould in the brooder?
