The first picture is a chick that was very sick. I worked so hard on her to make her better. Against all my efforts she lost her life today. This was her sleeping with me the other day. She knew how to relax. The other is a chick that I swear she thinks I'm her mother. She loves to snuggle next to my face

I'm so sorry. We lost a chick the same way as yours. Of course it was only 4 days after a dog got in our yard and killed 4 of our hens. That was the worst Easter weekend ever.

These little girl are about a week old now. This is their second field trip outside. They're doing awesome!

The grey one with the chipmunky stripes is a cream legabar. The brown one is a welsummer. The blacker one is a dominique I think.
