Does this look like a roo to you??

I love seeing how much these little gals have changed! It amazes me how much from day to day they seem to mature. Loving my little chickadees!

There are mine that came today! My husband stopped by my work to show them off to me. All 26 arrived healthy and loud! The post office called me at 7am because they were that loud. Lol.

There's supposed to be:
3 Easter Eggers
2 Blue Andalusians
6 Black Australorps
2 New Hampshire Reds
2 Buff Orphington
2 Columbian Wyandotte
2 Rhode Island Red
4 Silver Laced Wyandotte
1 Golden Laced Wyandotte
2 Barred Rock
Wow that is an awesome assortment it's going to be so much fun naming them!

My babies are two days older and are starting to feather out just like yours I love it no longer that fuzzy look.

My chicks at 2 days old n' 3 weeks old (today) and their personalities so far. They grow too fast

.

Light Brahmas:
#1: Quiet and mellow, likes to be held while sunbathing...
definitely prefers my mom over me

.

#2: She's the "special" one... still the smallest (though she doesn't act like it!), fluffiest/fattest thing ever.

#3: My most vocal chick

. Currently top of the pecking order which is not surprising, totally a little miss bossy pants. She also has an obsessive relationship with my hand...

Easter Eggers:
#4: My sweet little odd ball. She's always had this weird raspy chirp (she's healthy)... like a smoker's voice in cheep form, I have no other way to describe it.
Whenever she chirps the other chicks will just stare at her with confused expressions.

#5: Very patient and laid back toward the other chicks. Still a bit fearful of me, but she's coming along.

#6: My gentle giant. She's a bit too submissive and tends to get picked on by her smaller siblings.

Barred Rocks:
#7 and #8: The smaller (first picture) one is very adventurous n' sneaky... when I open up the brooder she'll try to hop out to take an exploration of the room.
The bigger one loves to be carried and cuddled... she'll fall asleep the second you pick her up.

Sorry for the long post, I couldn't resist.

I just got 4 Orpingtons a week ago! I got myself 2 Splashes and 2 Blacks!

Its impossible to get any pictures of them! Today they finally decided that my hand is not very scary at all! They ate out of my hand for the very first time, they even hopped in my hand for a couple seconds!
