This is Mo, 4 weeks old, and my favorite from this hatching:

Mo is too cute! I have 2 polishes I got from our local feed store (impulse buy, the chicks were too cute!). They were straight run & now Polly & Ester are Paulie & Bowie. :-/ My hubby keeps telling me we need to add them to our processing list, but I just can't do it! They're so funny when they run around with their head feathers bouncing around! Lol. I love them!

Listen, I hear you! I wouldn't want to be you having to make that decision. I SO WISH I could have Roos where I live! I will be lucky if I don't get complaints when I get the max which is 6 hens!

I'm allowed to have them, but we have a neighbor that we know will make it his life's mission to get that changed if he hears crowing. He's a crabby old busy body. Rather than get in that battle, we've kept it to just hens. Until now. I am going to keep at least one Polish roo, and one Silkie roo. I hatched them, I love them, and am ready to fight to keep them.
