I have a pip-
and I stuck these eggs minus 1 under the black hen today- dark lay pen with a warm blanket over was all it took.
these are black copper maran eggs tan ones are delaware

this is her raising ducks- she did a good job- when ever they passed her when they were older they would give her a nod.

well we got lucky and found someone who was getting rid of their chicken so we ended up getting 2 baby dorking chicks and then also got 1 roo and 4 hens from the same lady.

Does anyone have blue silkies they'd be willing to sell? A hen that is very friendly is preferable. I don't really want them shipped so in PA or within maybe 3 hours away would be great. I can pay whatever you ask for it. My mom's two Silkie chicks died last night and this morning
