I put my swedish flower hen new born in with a 2 week old Goldenlaced wyandotte. just one so the older chick is calm.

Looks like the red one is a Production Red of some sort. They others I'm betting on Easter Eggers.

Holding them by there neck to sex them does not work

I got a slw that was sexed that way and they said it was a hen but it turned out to be a rooster

This is the only one to hatch. The other two were duds. It started yesterday afternoon and hatched completely by 10 p.m.. this is our first time to do this so it was very exciting!
